BLAST FROM THE PAST
Hopton School and Village Fete Report
July 2013

On a scorching hot day in July Caston’s Ishin Ryu Ju Jitsu club travelled to the pretty little village of Hopton on the Norfolk Suffolk border to participate in the local village fete, being hosted by the local primary school, which boasts its own Ishin Ryu Ju Jitsu classes.

The classes, usually taught by Sensei Del, were momentarily taken over by Sensei’s Sheila and Andy (as Sensei Del was partaking in yet another Ishin Ryu Ju Jitsu demo in another part of the county) along with help from Honbu students Rebecca Bradbury, George Ward and George Goldsmith.

Despite the intense summer the sun the children put on a cracking performance- with most of them doing a public display for the first ever time- Congratulations and thank you to all those who participated and as usual a big thanks to the parents who take time to support their children at these events.
