Caston Ju Jitsu Club
Clean Eating 30 Day Challenge
27th September 2015

Event Description:

Ishin Ryu invites you to partake in a “Clean Eating 30 Day Challenge”

Whether you are looking to lose weight, improve sports performance or just generally feel great, this challenge is for you! It’s a 30 day detox from all grains, sugars, dairy products and legumes, it will allow your body to reset to its natural state and hopefully help you develop a healthier relationship with food.

The challenge will commence on Monday 28th September, to enable you to participate you are asked to attend a seminar to be held on Sunday 27th September in Honbu Dojo, Caston at 3pm. Here you will receive a detailed explanation of what the challenge is and some general nutritional advice. You will also receive a booklet with extra tips, tricks, recipes and information about the challenge.

The challenge costs £20 per person and includes:

  • Nutritional seminar by qualified nutritionalist
  • Body fat and weight measurements taken before and after the challenge
  • Clean eating challenge booklet
  • Access to a private Facebook group
  • Nutritional advice and support throughout the challenge

Ultimately this is a charity challenge, so we need to make some dosh. So in addition to the £20 fee you are required to donate a further £30 (so £50 total) to Ishin Ryu’s 2015 charity, Hounds For Heroes.

You could do this by gaining sponsorship per lb lost? (This challenge was recently completed by Sensei’s Andy Herbert, Sheila and Vearn, who between them lost 45lb) so aim high, lose big and make lots of money….. and feel better and be healthier in the process.

As one who is a great lover of cheese I commend those with the willpower to put down their bagels with a firm hand, and take up their unprocessed products for the duration!
I promise not to post pictures of me eating profiteroles and other food niceties… maybe 🙂
