I would like to give a warm welcome to Adam Jacobs who has recently joined us. Adam has had some previous Ju Jitsu experience and I hope this will help him on his journey with us. Lamia Soyel and Alasdair Coulter have been settling in really well after moving from the teenager class at Potters Bar. Keep up the hard word, you are doing really well.

Throughout the rest of the month of November students from the Aldenham dojo have been preparing themselves for the adult gradings in December, most training twice a week to mentally and physically prepare them to what is to come.

Sempai Sam has been working with some of the senior grades to put himself through his syllabus to prepare himself for his Shodan grading which is approaching very fast. For two days that he will have to be at the top of his game and show us if he deserves to wear the coveted Ishin Ryu Ju Jitsu black belt!

We also have the new calendar page where you can have a look at upcoming events so you can plan ahead. You can also leave feedback on each of the reports or comment on your son/daughters club and share them to your Facebook pages.
